• Cancellations are subject to the policies of our partner airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other third-party vendors.
• Book and Go INC will facilitate the cancellation request but does not guarantee a refund unless supported by the supplier.

2. Flights

• Airline ticket cancellations are governed by the fare rules of the respective airline.
• Some tickets are non-refundable; others may be refundable with a cancellation fee.
• No-shows may result in forfeiture of the full ticket amount.
• Any airline-approved refund will be processed within 7–14 business days.

3. Hotels

• Hotel bookings may be non-refundable or partially refundable depending on the rate selected at the time of booking.
• Cancellation deadlines vary by property—check your booking confirmation for specific details.
• If cancelled after the specified deadline or in case of no-show, full charges may apply.

4. Holiday Packages / Tours

• Packages and tours have their own specific cancellation terms which will be disclosed prior to confirmation.
• Deposits may be non-refundable.
• Last-minute cancellations may result in significant penalties or loss of the full amount.

5. Service Fee

• Book and Go INC reserves the right to charge a cancellation service fee in addition to any supplier penalties.
• This fee covers administrative costs involved in processing cancellations.

6. Refunds

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original mode of payment.
• Processing time may vary depending on the service provider but usually takes 7–14 business days after confirmation.
• Convenience fees, payment gateway charges, and service fees are non-refundable.

7. Force Majeure

Book and Go INC shall not be held liable for cancellations due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, strikes, or other force majeure situations.
